World TB Day March 24th 2012

Stars lend their support to Target TB's call for 'a world free from TB'

On World TB Day, people come together to raise awareness about the awful injustice of the global TB epidemic. This marks the day in 1882 when Dr Robert Koch detected the cause of tuberculosis, the first step towards diagnosing and treating TB. 129 years leter, people are still dying needlessly. We sincerely thank the following stars who are helping us to raise the profile of TB in the world today.
