Our Strategic Objectives

During the years 2009-2012 Target TB aims to:

 

  • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with a range of organisations that share and can contribute to our overall vision of a world free from TB
  • Focus our efforts on TB prevention and improving access to high quality diagnosis and treatment amongst the most vulnerable groups, and the development and dissemination of evidence based best practice in TB control
  • Build links with organisations at local, national and international levels to raise the profile of the global TB epidemic and advocate for improvements to TB control policies
  • Expand income and develop a balanced portfolio of funding, prioritising unrestricted income and investment in new donor recruitment
  • Maintain and continue to develop an effective and strong system of governance and management within the organisation
